- Robert Kent: I entered the legal profession with the same passion and zeal for helping people my father has had throughout his career. Though some call me an idealist, I truly believe that we can use this country's bankruptcy laws to help people get a fresh start, in a way that rebuilds their financial good-standing and their confidence in themselves. I am licensed to practice in the bankruptcy courts as well as the Federal Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
